working artist
Using various mediums, I focus on issues surrounding identity, embodiment, human connection, and social & racial injustices & inequities. My works have appeared in Nasty Women’s Hill Blocks View (2025), Community Virtual’s Vibe & Legacy group show (2023), Kehler Liddell Gallery’s juried group show: Our DNA (2021), Nasty Women Connecticut Art Show: Rituals of Resistance (New Haven, 2020), Kehler Liddell Gallery’s juried group show: I Am (New Haven, 2020), The Nasty Women Connecticut Art show, Complicit: Erasure of the Body (Yale School of Divinity 2019), the Conscious Conscience Co’s curated group show: Vision Quest (Hartford, CT 2019). I also happily opened my studio doors for New Haven’s City-Wide Open Studios (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023).
In 2023, I co-produced, filmed, edited, and performed in the short film: Emotion Exhibitionism with the movement artist: Seven. I also designed and built a custom immersive art installation for the in person screening.
And the project I am most proud of is carrying, birthing, and raising my incredible little miracle child who was born in 2024…. easily my favorite work of art to date!
